K4 Holds Open House for Tampa Office

January 25, 2006—K4 Architecture, LLC recently held an open house to celebrate the launch of its Tampa office located at 4300 W. Cypress Street, Suite 150. Steve Millard, who heads the office as Principal, is joined by Project Managers Stephanie Hough and Nikki Sparks, as well as Administrative Assistant Sandy Perez.

Formed in 1999 in Cincinnati, Ohio, K4 Architecture, LLC has Ohio offices in Bethel, Mt. Orab, and Yellow Springs, as well as an office in Southfield, Michigan. In May, K4 moved its headquarters to a newly renovated building in the downtown Cincinnati area.

K4 is a unique, multi-talented architectural firm that understands the ever-changing dynamic of the construction industry. Its close association with the construction and construction administration processes allows it to quantify each line drawn and perform within the client’s budget and schedule. K4 completes about 300+ projects per year, with 75 percent of its business coming from repeat clients.

K4 has grown rapidly and employs 60 people; it has added an average of one employee monthly since inception. The company has been recognized by the Business Courier as a “Fast 50” company, the Northern Kentucky Chamber of Commerce as an “Emerging 30” company, and as an SBA “SUCCESS Award” winner.
