K4 Architecture & ADCM Relocate, Expand Services

September 29, 2005—CINCINNATI – K4 Architecture, LLC and ADCM, Inc., complete design and development service providers, have moved their headquarters to accommodate recent growth and service expansion.

K4 and ADCM are now located at 555 Gest Street in downtown Cincinnati in a newly renovated 24,000 square foot space. The increased space allows room for new employees and additional future expansion. Previously, K4 and ADCM were located in downtown’s Longworth Hall.

“With our new office space we’ve enhanced our capabilities to meet the needs of clients,” said Jeff Klump, president of K4 Architecture, LLC. “These changes will allow us to take advantage of current opportunities and will position us well for continued growth.”

K4 and ADCM offer a wide range of national services, including design development, construction administration, contract documents, and procurement of furniture, fixtures, and equipment. Design specialties include financial institutions, retail spaces, healthcare facilities, churches, educational and technical institutions, hotels, churches, and apartment buildings. The companies have worked with clients that include Fifth Third Bank, Union Township Fire Department, Greene County Services Department, Brown County General Hospital, Neyer Properties, and Diocese of Covington.

Both K4 and ADCM have been recognized for three consecutive years as being among the top “Emerging 30” companies in the region and have won numerous awards for their state-of-the-art design and creativity. They started in 1999 and have Ohio offices in Cincinnati, Bethel, Mt. Orab, and Yellow Springs, as well as offices in Tampa and Southfield, Michigan. K4 employs 57 and ADCM employs 15. Both companies have designed and built national facilities in numerous states, including Ohio, Kentucky, West Virginia, Michigan, Tennessee, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey, North Carolina, and Pennsylvania.
