K4 publishes groundbreaking R&D/white paper
August 1, 2007—Cincinnati, OH. K4, a full-service design firm headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, recently finished an extensive, groundbreaking R&D/white paper entitled The Branded Financial Place, K4 Case Study in Customer-Driven Design.
As a significant contributor to and thought leader in the financial services industry (2,200+ financial institution projects), K4 has undertaken this case study/ongoing research effort to advance ideas among decision-makers who view (or would like to view) their financial service facilities/customer centers as a strategic aspect of business development and customer satisfaction.
