Bay Financial Savings Bank, selects K4 to design Prototype Branch Facility

August 6, 2007—Tampa, FL. K4 is pleased to announce that they have been selected by Bay Financial Savings Bank, F.S.B to Design the company's Prototype Branch Facility. K4 will also provide Design and Construction services for the Prototype Branch Roll-Out process. The new Prototype for Bay Financial will encompass approximately 2,000 square feet and will include the latest state-of-the-art systems technology utilizing a "retail" design concept. The new branch slated for completion in early 2008 will be located in Tampa, Florida.

Chartered in 1984, Bay Financial Savings Bank, F.S.B. has $61 million in assets. Bay is also exploring expansion opportunities in Pasco and Hillsborough counties.

K4 has several locations in three states: Florida, Michigan and Ohio. K4's Florida offices are located in Tampa and Boca Raton.
