CHALLENGE: When acquired by Whitney Bank, Signature Bank had several prototype facilities and several that were not prototypes. Whitney Bank required the Signature Bank facilities be rebranded along with operational issues to Whitney Bank specifications.

SOLUTION: Extensive meetings with both banks along with on-site investigations of each facility were conducted to develop a rebranding and operational conversion strategy. Scope Documents evaluating each branch were created to determine the work assignments for various General Contractors. All of the conversion work was coordinated with the General Contractors by K4 after hours to minimize the impact to the banking operations. All work was successfully completed by the weekend of the conversion.
