CHALLENGE: The Union Bank Company wanted to expand its market share into the Bowling Green, Ohio market. Through their own efforts they were considering 3 different sites, but were unsure as to which one to select. They wanted a prominent location and a distinguished building that would echo the brand of the bank.

SOLUTION: K4 was chosen to assist the bank because of our ability to qualify sites, as well as deliver a branded facility through a design/build platform. K4 investigated the different sites and through our qualification process, assisted the bank in purchasing the best site. The site selected met their demographic requirements. K4 provided a successful design to stand prominently on the corner site selected. The transitional design centered around a dominant corner feature, which maximized the brand identity of the bank, as well as provided an optimal amount of signage and lighting.
