CHALLENGE: The bank desired to develop a roll-out program of one branch a year, that would continue to secure their market share, illustrate their traditional roots as well as their community-mindedness.
SOLUTION: K4's design/build approach used a transitional design with large, iconic, round columns flanking the entry to the facility, and a curvature to the front façade to create a new architectural signature. This entry process prepares the customer for the retail-oriented interior, focused on the bank's products and services through the strong use of environmental graphics, way-finding directives and overall merchandising. The customer is assisted by a concierge station whose placement and design optimize the experience even when unattended.
