CHALLENGE: The Credit Union desired to develop a "unique" prototype design that can be utilized in deed restricted / contextual architectural developments while maintaining Insight's identity.

SOLUTION: Through programming and branding discussions with the Client, K4 developed a curvilinear design as part of the brand message core to Insight. Key to the design scheme are varying heights and massing of the façade along with specific fenestration transparencies to create relief to the massing. These façade components were designed to accommodate several architectural styles that varying municipalities often require. The project successfully achieved the Client's goals and serves as the prototype for future expansion locations.
