CHALLENGE: An Allstate representative wanted to relocate his office and was not sure whether to rent or build.

SOLUTION: Working closely with the agent, K4 helped generate costs for a pro forma and consulted with the agent to determine that a multi-tenant building with expansion capability would be the best strategy for his office. K4 assisted in the analysis of properties in consideration, performed all the necessary due diligence investigations, provided complete design/build services, and assisted in finding a tenant for the additional space.
