CHALLENGE: To establish a market presence in this Cincinnati suburb, Clinton Memorial Hospital (Wilmington, OH) established performance needs and then bid out the design/build project for its new healthcare facility.

SOLUTION: K4 was hired because of our ability to provide an architect-led design/build process. Because of the aggressive timetable the hospital needed to maintain, K4 delivered a fast-track construction schedule that met all the client's goals. The space includes a surgical center, full medical lab, and six leased medical offices. Building and service delivery systems were integrated to optimize functionality and construction. The facility is oriented about a common corridor allowing independence from one group to the next.
