CHALLENGE: SeeIdeas is a unique strategic/marketing, planning, business development, and management company. They had acquired a property on which they were looking to combine their executive offices with a center which would facilitate group events in a very unique and creative environment.

SOLUTION: K4 coordinated with the client to develop a multi-phased master plan based on green design, budget and certain key growth aspects of the overall concept. The first phase of the project utilizes small, independent, meeting space buildings set privately in a very natural environment for small group assemblies. In later phases, corporate offices, private meeting spaces and a high-tech "black box" auditorium for 150 people will be added, along with a gallery, kitchen and storage spaces.
