CHALLENGE: The client company is a constantly changing food processing/flavor processing company. The challenge was to design and build new process equipment areas while maintaining the existing process manufacturing.

SOLUTION: K4 designed a master plan facilities strategy with a phasing overlay. This approach permitted the evaluation of the present and future needs of the company while considering the food grade constraints of the facilities. The Phase studies allowed K4 to evaluate any inefficiencies and redundancies in the delivery of the building solution and streamline that delivery to keep costs low.
