CHALLENGE: K4's rapid growth required a search to relocate our corporate offices. Being cognizant of budget and a convenient location, we wanted a facility that could showcase our complete design/build and site investigation abilities, as well as function as our new home.

SOLUTION: Our search included both new construction and retrofit possibilities. Upon finding an existing warehouse building, we quickly determined we could renovate the property to function as our offices, keep costs low and still function as a very cool facility for our employee's and client's satisfaction. We were able to keep a tenant on the first floor to offset the overall cost of the lifecycle cost, recycle an old building to a new use and bring an identity to our corporate offices in Ohio.
