CHALLENGE: Cincinnati Magazine wanted to relocate their operations to a new building, requiring them to move quickly because of the timing of their old and new lease agreements. Cincinnati Magazine and Belvedere Corporation (new landlord) came to K4 Construction with tenant improvement drawings and a very challenging schedule to build out their new space.

SOLUTION: K4 Construction was able to bid the project and get under contract with the new landlord within 9 days. K4 started construction the next day and was able to build out their very creative space and get them moved within only 7 weeks.
