CHALLENGE: Wright State University is a growing midwest University with a fine tradition in education. Its campus housing and related off-campus housing is in need of constant renovations and upgrades.

SOLUTION: K4 maintains an on-going relationship with the University to assist in their efforts to make the best student housing possible. We continue to assist them in small projects such as the accessibility upgrades to their center campus housing, Hamilton Hall, as well as larger projects such as the renovations to the Forest Lane Apartment complex. The University has limited funds and the wear on student housing is tremendous, so K4's efforts are focused on maintaining safe, clean and easy maintenance housing as the best avenue to assist the client in their efforts.
