CHALLENGE: As the front piece to a much larger single-family and multi-family development plan, Bear Creek Capital was asked to develop a neigborhood retail piece that would compliment the aesthetics and traffic patterns of the residential units.

SOLUTION: K4 delivered a design/build solution modeled on a fishing village aesthetic. Our coordination with both developers and the relative municipalities to coordinate many traffic issues and related site issues led to a successful project in which K4 built the center, constructed several retail tenant spaces as leased, and completed site preparation work for more extensive development, including outlots.
