CHALLENGE: The client obtained a small property in a highly visible location. The site afforded a unique retail-oriented facility allowing only two tenants. The client had two prominent restaurants that were interested, but had some conflicts as to sharing their branded identities within the challenging location.

SOLUTION: K4 was hired to assist the client and their tenants to provide shell construction. Through K4's efforts during the shell construction, Skyline Chili and Subway requested K4 to complete their individual build-outs as well. The project benefited greatly from K4's ability to manage all three clients as independent contracts, and yet coordinate the entire process as one seemless project delivery.
