CHALLENGE: F&S Harley’s new site was adjacent to their existing store – the challenge was to sight the new building in a way that draws customers to the new building which would be located behind the existing structures. The Harley Davidson branded identity was required to be incorporated into the structure while using the resources of the dealer’s client list.

SOLUTION: K4 designed the structure with tall masonry towers that projected high above the existing buildings. The masonry contractors, glazing contractors and structural steel contractor are all F&S clients, therefore these materials have a prominence in the design. The design/build process was used to expedite the schedule.
