CHALLENGE: The Client wanted to open a new auto dealership on a site with an existing 30 plus year old building. The existing facility conditions were very poor and the Client wanted to deliver a branded store to the site utilizing the building to reduce overall costs.

SOLUTION: K4 assessed the existing facility and made recommendations to the Client as to which elements could be utilized and which elements required modification or replacement in order to conform to the current code and / or be in good working order. Using portions of the prototypical elements of JD Byrider branding, K4 designed a solution that accommodated the existing building renovation. The final facility contains a 10,000 Square Foot Auto-Dealership with offices for Sales, Financing, and Service, a 5-Bay Service, and Wash Down Area.
