CHALLENGE: The Client wanted to open a first-time restaurant on the first floor of a multi-story, mixed use, new urbanist development. However, the building already under construction would need some modifications to accommodate a new restaurant.

SOLUTION: K4 was hired by the client and, along with our interior design consultant, IntraDesign, we were able to develop a trendy neighborhood café/club. Our ability to deliver a tight package of services through the design/build process allowed a quick delivery on a very tight budget. We were able to coordinate with the client and the developer to suggest modifications to the overall building and allow a less costly strategy for adding the exhaust system up through the 4 stories above.
