CHALLENGE: This repeat client purchased an old Big Boy Restaurant building and site to remodel for their new franchise location. The existing building size and parking had to be maintained to comply with local zoning codes.
SOLUTION: K4 designed an adaptive re-use facility using the Uno’s Corporate branded equipment and design package to this existing building shell. The exterior was modified with new materials to reflect the Uno’s corporate design.
