CHALLENGE: In order to construct a new kitchen, bath and lighting showroom, Ferguson needed to move their Integrated Division, Showroom and Support Offices with minimal downtime.

SOLUTION: K4 provided Design/Build services throughout the three phases of the project to simplify logistics and shorten the project schedule. The first phase of the project involved relocating the Integrated Division spaces. Once complete, K4 constructed the new showroom (phase II) in the Integrated Division's previous location. Ferguson's old showroom was relocated to the new showroom and new support offices were constructed in place of the old showroom (phase III).
