CHALLENGE: The Client had developed a retail concept based on regional travel interests and sought key spaces in the highly successful Cincinnati/ Northern Kentucky International Airport. After successfully being awarded three store locations in the airport, they were required to develop the brand into a 3-dimensional space for approval.

SOLUTION: The Client selected K4 to translate their brand into a space because of K4's ability to provide a customer-driven branded place through a design/build delivery platform. K4 provided complete design/build services to fast track tenant through the highly intricate airport design guidelines and review board. Guidelines required premium materials and sophisticated procedural handling of material storage and subcontractor performance in a highly secure facility rated one of the top 10 airports in the world.
