CHALLENGE: The Client was interested in relocating a store to this new Buttermilk Towne Center site being developed by Bear Creek Capital. They wanted to develop a new image for their stores, accommodate a larger store in general, and provide a better shopping experience for their customer with abundant parking.

SOLUTION: K4 worked both with the client and the developer to provide a premiere shopping experience. K4 was instrumental in the initial and continued modifications to the developer's plan, which allowed the Client's needs to be more fully met. The new design provided an inviting façade, provided ample parking convenience, and set the foundation for a new brand that has become the image for Remke's.
